Kristy Turner’s Los Angeles-based blog, Keepin’ It Kind, proves that being vegan is not analogous to sacrificing flavor. Instead, Kristy shows just how tasty veganism can be. Initially a vegetarian, Kristy eventually transitioned to full-vegan. While Kristy’s aversion to meat started early on, her avoidance of dairy evolved later. Formerly a fromagier, Kristy explains how her decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle occurred only after she began to educate herself more on the practices used on animals.
