SPROUT TURKEY Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • ½ container of Wild About Sprouts (any variety), about 1 cup
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large avocado, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lettuce leaves for added crunch

Instructions:
